Making some Important Lifestyle Changes

Another way in which I have gone about treating my erectile dysfunction is by making some big and important lifestyle changes. The healthier I ate, the more I noticed how easy it was to stay hard when I was having sex with women. Although a lot of people don’t think of their diet as having an effect on their sexual performance, it really can.

I started going to the gym on a regular basis, which greatly improved my stamina in the bedroom. This really improved my sexual performance in a big way, and I am very glad that decided to start doing it. I do lift weights in the gym, but a lot of is just running on the treadmill and various cardio workouts.
